For the last few days I've been playing mostly $55s with a few $33s when I'm on Stars and a few $25s when I'm on Cake. Although, I'm getting a ridic good RB + Bonus deal with Cake, I usually play late at night, and the traffic on Cake is dismal at that time.....so I've been putting in quite a few games on Stars. The only good thing about that is, the games fill really quick.
I'm about breakeven with the $55s in a small sample. So far, my observations are as follows:
-Again...My sample size is still small, but most of the players arent that good
-The $$$ amount doesnt affect my willingness to shove, bluff, etc at all...In fact, I usually forget what amount I'm playing for in the heat of the battle.
-It's really hard to tilt me...really hard.
-The avg player on stars $55s is better than the average player in Cake $55s.
So..bottom line, I'm pretty confident I have an edge here in this level, but time will tell for sure. I'm pretty excited about the new challenge!

Mid-month
Went to South America for a week, and barely played while I was there...maybe 15 games in a week. Nevertheless...I'm already up over $1,000 on the month due to an incredible hot streak. I'm playing awesome, but obv I'm running good also.

Nice April
Didnt beat myself up with tons of games and so little stress its
a joke, and I made $1,407. Very pleased with it, but really need to
start playing higher I guess....its funny cause I always say this,
but now I think I really, really, really, mean it. Hahaha
Anyway, here is my Global Alias for the month:

April winding down
So...April has been going very well thus far. I have mostly stuck to my plan
of playing 90%+ of my games at $25+ on Cake and $33+ on Stars. So far in April
I've played 293 games. Heres the Global Alias from Scope:

I've played a total of 50 gms below my "minimums". So, 243 at the level I wanna be at or above, or 83%. Almost all of the lower stakes games Ive played have been
right before I go to bed....I like to fire up 2 or 3 super turbos at really low stakes and if I lose em, I dont care....but usually I end up winning in them too.
So...gonna keep playing the $25s on Cake for now. I'm gonna keep mixing in a
few $33s on Stars latenight when Cake is dead and even game select some $55s. Dont think I will be able to play above $25s on Cake because the traffic is just too low, and there are a few good regs that will sit you in the $55s on Cake.
Roll is at $9,287.59, so $55s are no problem. Time to grind!!!

Final March
Finished out March like a lamb after a hot start. Ended up making $1,270 mostly in the $22 HU turbo. Basically felt like I owned the $22 level, so I officially moved up to $33s on Stars, hopefully for good. It's cool to move up a level...it really feels like progress is being made. Made Gold Star on stars too, which is kinda cool, but for the time being I'm gonna play alot on Cake because I have $380 in bonus pending on there. Also...they are offering another $300 reload, so I'll probably go ahead and deposit and get that too. So...I guess it will be almost entirely $25s on Cake, and $33's when I play on Stars. Probably take some shots at $55 on Cake too...played a $55 today and won against a good player. Coolered him hard...heres the hand.

Great news!!
So...I spoke about the bonus I was trying to get in the last post. Well.....I cleared it on the last day!! So, a free $100 is always nice. :-)
More importantly though, the amount of volume that I had to put in to get the necessary VPP's resulted in some really nice results. I ended up playing just
over 500 games in the first 17 days of March, and as of this moment I'm sitting
at +$1,079 for the month to date. I played mostly $22 Hu with some $33 and $11 mixed in. These last 18 days really reinforced something I already knew, but it really hammered home the point. The key to making money in husng's is volume. I dont care how good you are, if your not putting in the volume, your just not going to make much money from this. If you're beating the $55 at an 8% clip, that means you are averaging $4.20/game which is excellent, but if you only play 200 games in a month, you wont even make $1000.
So....my plan is to try to start playing $33s soon, and maintain at least a 600 gm per month pace. At 5% roi, I would make $1000 of clean scope profit then with bonuses and RB, I should be dancing in the $1200-$1500 range. For now, I'm happy with that.
