Played 2 gaames so far today...

Lost both...really needed to post both to let myself cool off a bit.

Game 1...guy was bad but not totally pathetic. Heres how the game ended.

Hand#19725DB8A9000021 - $25 Heads-up NL Hold'em Turbo T6142121 -- Table 1 -- $0/$10/$20 NL Hold'em -- 2009/08/28 - 20:58:35

ItsA***8: wins 2,780 with Three of a Kind, Nines

I 3bet him with shit, obv, but it was the first
time I had 3bet him all game. Never got anything to make a 3bet
with, so just picked a spot to mix it up. He called with 9T which
is questionable imo.

Anyway...when I turned 2 pair, I wanted to get about 1/2 his stack in or
induce a fold. I was shoving the river almost no matter what if he calls
my turn bet. He made it easier for me by coming over the top with 2nd pair
putting himself in need of one of the remaining 2 9's. Well...blink...2 outer..gg
Had to be about 5% there...

Game 2

This guy is horrendous. Heres how he cripples me.

Karma

Had a good day today. Not sure exactly how much I've made, but its probably close to $100 all in. Played a bunch of $22 4-mans last nite with Sickomcnasty and I was playing really well. We went like 8-4, so it was a good session. Strong month so far with both of my accounts sitting on all time record highs as we speak. It's an awesome feeling but strangely, a little bit paralyzing too. I'll get over it and start grinding hard again soon.

Wanted to post this one hand where I sucked out hard. This moron kept bluffing the shit out of me when stacks were short and then showing me his garbage....I was so card-dead, that I was helpless. Finally I got A-rag and jammed it in. Well, he had a better rag and then flopped a pair too. I was so dead...basically wasnt even watching as the runner runner Ace and 9 paired us both and the board to counterfeit his hand and give me the chop.

It almost seemed like Karma had struck this idiot...like he showed me one too many bullshit bluffs and the poker gods were ready for their revenge. Well...needless to say, I won the last 6 hands FTW, with the last one being this little gem.

Running very good

Been playing $10 and $25 on Cake about 95% of the time. Been playing very well, and running as good as I can ever recall. Up $730 for the month.

Here is my Aug Cake SS

WingmanMtP 297 $1.44 $15 10% $426 WWWLWWWW N/A Cake 8/1/2009 8/31/2009

Also have good, albeit, limited results on Stars. In addition, I have been still working off the sign up bonus from Cake, getting Rakeback, and playing a little ring as well.

Should end up between $1000-$1500...not bad for the stakes I'm playing.

Very good month

Both my accounts are at all time record his as of this second. I feel like I'm playing as good as I've ever played. Making sick decisions, and pwning hard as fuck. Feels so good. When I see the donk plays my opponents make, I just laugh....

The other day I laid down top pair K kicker and KK on two succesive hands. I'm sure I made the right plays and I ended up winning the match easily. It's nice to feel so confident and sure of myself. Hopefully it will last awhile :-)

Slight Chg in Plans

Cake gave me more time to work off the bonus, and I still have $180 to go, so I'm gonna start playing on both Cake and Stars this month. No lower than $22 on Stars effective immediately. Looking forward to an awesome month!

July results

I have not posted all month because I was not able to implement my higher stakes "litmus" test to really see where I am with my poker "career". There are several reasons for this, but its not really important to get into those now. July is done...I made only $493 for the month. But there are some positive signs for sure. The most encouraging thing were my Stars results. Check this out...

Wingpin 21 $9.36 $30 37% $197 WWWWWWWL N/A PokerStars 7/1/2009 7/31/2009 SNG Only

Yep....21 total games played...$30 avg buy-in, $197 in profit, and 37% ROI!!!

I played quite a few games on Cake and only made around $300. The problem with Cake is that late at night (which is when I end up playing alot unfortunately), the $25's are crawling with regs like "MrBustalotz" and "AKreal" and "Koookie". Well...I'm not interested in playing these fuckers, so I end up sitting first in $10's. So, why do I keep playing on Cake???....well I was finishing up the bonus whoring process, which is done after this weekend. So....my plan is to play exclusively on Stars starting Monday Aug 3rd.

I plan on August being the month where I really see where I belong.

Final July Profit $493
